Will 350 TBI manifold bolt to 98 Vortec Heads?

Found a lead on some Vortec heads to put on my ’79 block. I am running ’88 TBI manifold and I am not sure if my TBI manifold will bolt up to these late model heads. Any insight is appreciated.
