Will all WI GI Bill eligible veterans receiving Post-9/11 GI Bill benefits also receive a supplemental payment?
No. Students who receive an equivalent or larger benefit package under Post-9/11 GI Bill, or who have exhausted their 36 months of Chapter 30 benefits, will not receive a Supplemental payment. Also, veterans using Post-9/11 GI Bill benefits that were transferred to them by a parent or spouse are not eligible for a Supplemental Payment.
