Hi, Majority of antibiotics cure a urinary infection as these are mostly caused by commom bacteria. It is the rare bacteria that require specialised antibiotics. Broad Spectrum antibiotics such as amoxicyllin or penicillin should clear the infection fine. Also with a UTI drink alot of water and use something like citravescent or take some cranberry capsules to delay bacteria growth and correct the pH balance of the urinary tract.
