Taken for the 5 weeks before your EDD (Estimated Due Date). Evening Primrose Oils caps inserted around your cervix can help ripen it too as long as your baby’s waters are intact. More likely to help if you are 41+wks. There is also homeopathic remedies like caulophyllum that can help initiate labour IF your cervix is ripe & ready to go into labour. You can try long walks, lots of relaxing sexual play & hot curries or chillie dishes to stimulate labour hormones & the uterus to start contracting. Good luck!

you can try whatever you want . . . I ate a whole can of pineapple and drank the juice but nothing like that will make you go into labor. Your baby will come when its time.
