CenterPoint Energy pays incentives for measures that produce measureable and verifiable demand and energy savings. Although, doing some repair work may enable an energy efficiency measure to be installed, CenterPoint Energy is not allowed, under PUCT rules and regulations, to pay for the cost of the repair work required. Therefore, CenterPoint Energy does not perform repair work prior to installing energy efficiency measures.
