Concrete is prone to many types of dirt and stains. Mostly, concrete gets soiled from dirt, algae, mold, mildew and other environmental elements. Concrete driveways suffer from oil-based stains and more stubborn problems. Clorox bleach can be used as a preparatory cleaner on some stains, and can remove dirt and kill algae on other areas.  more
