Will deglycyrrhizinized licorice (DGL) affect my blood pressure?
The active substance that can affect blood pressure, glycyrrhizic acid, has been removed from DGL. It will most likely not have an affect on blood pressure, but the question is important to raise because there is a possibility that certain herbs could interfere with medications you may be taking.
