yes dehydration is supposed to reduce the blood sugar and blood pressure to life threatening levels. But the question is what is dehydration and what causes dehydration. I have been taking experimenting with water intake for last 6 months. I find that if I give up water intake for more than 24 hours my urine output increases. Urine becomes clear. Urine frequency is about 4-5 times in 24 hours. Which is just perfect. Urine frequency of more than 4-5 indicates abnormal conditions. Earlier my sugar levels with little or no sugar intake used to be 85 to 110 fasting and PP. It was always perfect. For last 15 days my water intake is about 10 glasses over the entire period of 15 days. So the average was less than 1 glass of water per day. I was taking about 150 grams of Gur every day in the form of 250 grams of Mufli ki patti. By evening every day I used to experience very low blood sugar levels after 3-4 days.
