eSNFdata features MDS assessment uploads and viewing screens as well as a suite of outcomes reports based on MDS and IRFPAI assessments that offer quality, clinical, financial, and operational outcomes reporting and benchmarking. Data entry screens for MDS assessments are not currently available.
