I am German and to be unbiased I believe the chances for Germany are actually not that great as they were during the last world cup or the Euoro 2008. This time I have a feeling that Germany will not make it very far and will not play a good tournament. Bayern have a good team, but that is more because of Robben, Ribery, and Olic and less because of Lahm, Schweinsteiger or Mueller. Germany will have the youngest team of the World Cup with 3 players aged 20: Marin, Mueller and Kroos. I believe Spain is simply too good and will face Brazil in the final if Brazil play well. Germany could get 3rd, but this is at the best. Not to forget, I am German and unbiased.
