Will Heuchera Caramel plants grow well in San Antonio, Texas?

San Antonio must be like USDA zone 7 or 8….I live in Zone 5 and have great luck with Heuchera. It does best in part sun or dappled shade, but I have one that is dark red planted in full sun and I just water it like crazy through the really hot months. The heuchera likes lots of circulation through the base of the plant so keep mulch a couple of inches away from the stem.
