my husband is in mexico with a centennial cell phone and he can make and receive call from mexico but can not make or receive call from the US and when he does talk its $3 a min. and he cal send and receive text messages from US and Mexico and its 25 cents to send and receive.. when i did call his cell it just said that he couldnt receive calls.. kinda weird cuz its a US phone and service..
