Will my Kerb-It Box be emptied at the same time as my grey bin or Kerb-It Green bin?
It is unlikely that all your containers will be emptied at the same time. We have concentrated on ensuring that all your bins or boxes are collected on the same day so that you don’t have to worry about remembering which day what container gets put out. The time it takes to collect all the bins or boxes presented on any given street varies and it would not be practical or efficient for the crews to coordinate their arrivals. We aim to have your containers emptied between 8.00am and 5.00pm.
