Will OBleness Memorial Hospital bill my insurance carrier?
Yes, OBleness will submit your claims to your insurance carrier(s) if you provide complete information at the time of registration/admission. The authorization form you sign at the time of registration gives us permission to file your claim with all your healthcare insurance companies. Your insurance policy is a contract between you and your insurance company. We highly recommend that you communicate with your insurance company. Please remember that you are ultimately responsible for arranging for payment of all charges.
