In many cases, yes. However, this depends on the configuration of your proxy server(s). You should register your network IP addresses as well (see question 2 below). Refer to your institutions IT administrator. 2. I’ve registered my proxy server IP address(es), but I can’t access the IHSAN Network A common symptom of this problem is that when an institutional user enters their username and password on the IHSAN Network homepage they receive an error message. If this happens, the administrator may have to register your network IP addresses as well as those of your proxy server (or turn off the option of IP-address-forwarding in the proxy server’s squid cache; see question 4 below). Note to IT Administrator: To register these addresses enter your site administrator username and password and enter the network. Then go to the ‘members account profile’ on the IHSAN Network members homepage. Here the administrator may add additional IP addresses to the form. (See also question 5 below). You
