Will Ronaldinho be recalled to the Brazil squad in time for the World Cup?
-Ashkon One of the reasons I fancy Brazil to win the World Cup is their squad stability. Dunga has a clear idea about the team he’ll take to South Africa, and I don’t think it will include Ronaldinho. This has less to do with the player’s performance than the manager’s preference. Statistically, Ronaldinho has played a decent season for AC Milan. His 12 goals represent his best haul since 2007, as do his 16 assists. But if Dunga had plans for Ronaldinho, he would have recalled him already. When Brazil played a friendly against the Republic of Ireland at Emirates Stadium on March 2, Ronaldinho was in his best form of the season.
