Will scheduled appointments for meetings with people and resources such as meeting rooms Ive already scheduled in GroupWise be converted to FirstClass?
Yes, as long as you request this we will move your scheduled appointments in GroupWise to FirstClass. Please email John DeMillion if you’d like your appointments transferred to FirstClass. We will transfer any appointments for current GroupWise resources to FirstClass automatically. These appointments will be scheduled on the resource calendars when we begin using the CCIU FirstClass system to schedule resources, such as rooms and labs. This may be a couple of weeks after we begin using FirstClass for email.
