Will Spain ever retake Gibraltar by force?
Well, the British went to war with Argentina over the Falkland Island. Same situation as Gibraltar. God only knows why someone would send men to die (258 British, 649 Argentine Killed) and have war ships sunk over a wind swept piece of rock covered in sheep droppings. For less than the cost of HMS Sheffield that got sunk, Brittan could have relocated anyone who wanted to remain British and given them land holdings comparable to what they had on the Falkland Rocks. No common sense when pride is involved.
