Will the official 1999 Slavo Scramble hats end up on ebay.com as collectors items?

I certainly hope that no one who purchases a hat (for the low, low price of only $10) will keep it for themselves and not try to cash in on the tournament’s growing national image. However, if a hat does get sold on ebay (or any on-line auction for that matter), Slavo Scramble management (me) is entitled by law to 35% of the total sale price.
