Will the party get uber magic items, weapons, armor, etc. at every turn?
While magic items in Arcadia are not uncommon, many “magical” properties are gained through the item’s material. For example, mithral might add +5 AC to a suit of armor signifying it’s much harder than regular iron armor. There are some powerfully crafted/enchanted items in Arcadia but they are harder or more expensive to obtain. Even harder to obtain will be legendary artifacts– unbreakable and everlasting in strength. You try and keep track of a sword for 50,000 years without losing it.
