Well, I just thought today about it, it would be a great idea. Disney doesn’t have much space in Disney Land, so they can expand the Disney Land by buying Neverland. They can restore all attractions there, and also there is space for more of them. Ticket sales will provide funding for Jackson’s memorial. The main problem is its more then 3 hours away from Disney Land and also there will be a problem with neighbors, they won’t be very pleased about Disney Land in front of there houses. Also there is free space there but it could be not enough for parking, hotels, etc. But, overall its a great idea.
