Will Tori be touring again in the U.K. and Europe for the Lottapianos tour?

While Tori did tour in Europe early in 2003 during the Scarlet’s Walk tour, there are NO plans for her to return to Europe or the U.K. as part of the Lottapianos Tour. With Tori, things change all the time, so I have learned to never say never. But it looks unlikely at this point.
