No! Tyre-Miser ethylene-glycol base (similar to anti-freeze) protects against heat and cold from 40OF to over 365OF. In extreme cold weather below 40oF Tyre-Miser can slightly thicken, but as the tyre heats up from normal friction, Tyre-Miser quickly returns to its normal viscosity.
