No, we do not contact your existing telephone company to cancel your services. VoiceEclipse will assign you a new VoiceEclipse telephone number that works over your existing internet connection, but you are responsible for making any changes to your existing telephone service, including cancelation of those services, if you so desire. You can use your VoiceEclipse number and your tradtitional telephone service at the same time, if you wish.
