Will Wellcore work with a digital or VoIP phone?
Wellcore has been developed and tested to work with traditional (analog) phone lines. Some customers have successfully used Wellcore with a digital phone line from their cable company. When using a digital phone line, you may need a digital phone line-to-analog converter device and you MUST have the Wellcore System also connected via Ethernet. (Note: Ethernet is NOT required if using traditional (analog) phone line.) However, due to the many different configurations, adapters and providers, we cannot say with certainty if your particular combination will work. If you find that Wellcore is not compatible with your digital phone line, you can return it within 30 days under Wellcore’s satisfaction guarantee policy.
