With a fixed amount of adsorbent in each GORETM Module, is saturation an issue?

0

Ample amounts of adsorbent, and therefore, large numbers of receptor sites for organic molecules are present in the module, and should be suitable for most vapor sampling programs. However, sites known to have high concentrations could saturate the adsorbent during the sampling interval. Similarly, long exposure times could lead to saturation. In the absence of site knowledge, a seven to 14 day exposure period is recommended to identify the most contaminated area.
