No. Customers who subscribe to MatchBoard can see the resumes of only those of their vendors who they have explicitly added to their list of MatchBoard vendors. Therefore, if one of your customers becomes a MatchBoard subscriber, he will not automatically see resumes from every other MatchBoard vendor. Vendors can offer their candidates to MatchBoard customers only one of two ways – by getting the customer to add them to their list of MatchBoard vendors, or by accepting subcontracts.
