Would 1400mg of diphenhydramine hydrochloride be fatal?
It depends on the person who is taking it, the age, weight and medical history all come into play in an overdose. At this level for a normal healthy individual it shouldn’t be fatal but this is not always the case and it depends how the body reacts.
