Would a mini stepper get rid of belly fat and strengthen back? Would i lose weight?
I don’t think a stepper would either get rid of belly fat or strengthen your back. It will keep you generally fit and may help you to lose weight, IF you do it often enough and eat a healthy, well-balanced diet, though given your back problems, you are probably just as well walking. There are exercises that you can do, despite having a bad lower back, though obviously, you will have to be really careful when starting until you strengthen your back a little. Don’t do anything, whilst lying down, that involves lifting your legs or back off the floor as this will obviously cause you immense pain. Try lying on your front, place your arms on the floor either side of your head and using your arms to support you, gently lift your upper body off the floor. Don’t do this without the support of your arms. This will, in time, strengthen your lower back and enable you to do some ab work which involves lying on your back and without lifting your back off the floor, gently curl your upper body upwar
