Would a White Hart Lane move be good for Roux or Tottenham?
The key for Roux at the moment must surely be getting some good experience under his belt. Ten top flight games so far is a good taster of top level football, but nothing more than that. If he wants to continue to develop his game and to increase his chances of international recognition, Roux should play as much football as possible. Much in the same way that Andy Carroll has forced his way into the England reckoning during his first season of top flight football, Roux might be able to do the same, if he keeps on playing. Given the imperative to secure playing time, a move to Tottenham is unlikely to be the wisest move for Roux at this point in time. Harry Redknapp already has four experienced, quality strikers at his disposal and Roux would in all probability struggle to even make the bench.
