No. It would be just the opposite. It would cause your lower lip to recede.

Well, I guess that would depend on how big the overbite is…. Most people have an overbite. It might cause some issues later in life like TMJ or headaches when you’re older but I’ve never seen anyone’s lip hang low due to it.
