Would anybody like to recommend some good acoustic songs?
Depends on the genre you like. I like a wide variety of music. Start with some of the stuff by the Folk Greats: Dylan, Pete Seeger, Peter Paul and Mary, Joan Baez, Tom Paxton, Ian Tyson (Ian and Sylvia), Gordon Lightfoot. They all played acoustic and were very good guitarists. There is a lot of their stuff up on Youtube. Then, as you move into the late 60s, try Crosby Stills and Nash. I have been recently rediscovering Suite Judy Blue Eyes, played live at Woodstock and only the second time they ever performed together. Absolutely amazing.
