Would high interest savings accounts be the safest way to invest money in the present stock market climate.?

The safest way to make money would be to put your money either in a high interest internet account(for easy access) or deposit account. Since inflation looks like going up soon, the interest that you make in these accounts will also go up. So you are protecting your capital. The only other investment I would consider is in food commodities – rice, wheat etc.. – Prices have been rising steadily and it is predicted that the rise will go on for some years yet. This is because of overpoplulation(more and more food needed), famine and water shortages. And if you invest – do not buy dollar denominated stocks or funds because the dollar does not look like recovering soon.
