Depends on the reason for the gaps. If you’ve always had a little spacing and you’ve checked into getting braces and were told you’re problem is fairly simple and treatment will be uncomplicated, then Invisalign can help. Sometimes gaps aren’t the biggest problem and if treatment would be complicated then Invisalign is sometimes limited in it’s uses and effectiveness. Your best bet is to go to an orthodontist and check out your options, many of them offer free consultations. However, if you have bone loss and your teeth have sort of flared out over time giving you gaps then you need to go to a periodontist instead of an orthodontist. By the way, Invisalign is often more expensive than traditional braces and while it can only treat simple cases that tend to take less time in general it is not faster than traditional braces.
