The girl (who SHOULD be a woman if she’s considering marriage) get’s what she wants and the man gets… what… a wife who connives him into do things he may not be ready for just to get her way? A beautiful, seductive wife gets OLD. So he ends up with an old, not-as-pretty-as-she-used-to-be spouse who is selfish and forces him to do things he doesn’t really want to do. Yes, we all get old and lose our physical attractiveness as we do so… but when a couple genuinely loves each other, that physical attraction is replaced by something even more special… true companionship and understanding.
