Would the air mass be stormy or fair?

0

The air mass at El Paso would be stable in atmosphere, so fair weather would be likely….some puffy fair-weather cumulus but not enough instability to create showers or thunderstorms. A low pressure at Denver would create at least rain showers from cold air aloft at the surface. 62 degrees is not usually a convective temperature to support thunderstorms unless a low level jet and copious moisture is in place.
