Any development that takes place on Doyon lands would be subject to permits and regulations developed by the State of Alaska (Department of Environmental Conservation and Department of Natural Resources) and the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers designed to mitigate environmental impacts. Additional requirements may be imposed by Doyon as a condition of operating on their lands.
