Would threatening suicide regularly be seen as mentally unstable by court?

Stick to your morals. He is very unstable and yes, this would be seen as mentally ill. He is certainly not a safe person for anyone to be around right now, to say nothing of your child. Go for full access and until he gets the much needed help he needs, he should never be alone with your daughter or you. It is not safe and at this point he has nothing to lose. He is trying to control you through these threats but this can turn into reality very quickly. Do not buy into it at all. Stay strong and continue on as you are. Give the courts all your info and pray they side with you. Take care and do whatever it takes to protect you and your little one. Also go for a peace bond to keep him away until which time he is deemed safe and well.
