XDS stopped after indexing by subprogram IDXREF with an error message. How can I still continue processing the data?
The criteria for a good solution in the subprogram IDXREF are rather strict. Nevertheless you may choose to continue data processing with the resulting indexing matrix (file XPARM.XDS). To do so, go to “Administrator section -> Major Project section -> Sub Project section -> Administration of Sub Project” and enter the keyword “DEFPIX” into the “JOB” card of the appropriate run inside the XDS section, then save the configuration and submit the job as usual. The processing will now start with the subprogram DEFPIX. In the same manner the processing of the data can be started for each XDS subprogram by entering the appropriate name of the sub program into the “JOB” card, on the condition that the previous subprograms of XDS ran successfully. Alternatively you can select the check box “force indexing & processing” in the machine selection section to force further data processing.
