Pellet fuel is a biomass product made of renewable substances but this means 100% hardwoods for Rockwood products. Wood chips and saw dust from manufacturing operations are diverted from the waste stream and landfills. Rockwood does not use Pine or other lower grade wood wastes — we ONLY USE HARDWOOD for our Premium grade wood pellets.
