If you are building a team or have a business partner, we highly encourage you to bring this key team member through the program with you. A key team member would be your personal assistant, business manager or business partner who will be working with you to implement the new team building strategies you are learning. The TeleBootcamp will teach you the steps you need to take to build your ideal team, set up the right systems and technology to effectively run the team, and position you for the future growth of your business team. We’d love for you to fully leverage the power of the team by bringing along a key team member who will be assisting (or even taking the lead) with setting up your team’s ‘operating system’—such as your procedures guides, job descriptions, technology. This will significantly reduce the implementation time as you won’t have to spend unnecessary energy recapping everything you have learned.
