One of my favorites is a mix of sweet snacks or high protein snacks. Snacking helps you remain active and alert even after lunch. Choose snacks from fruits, vegetables, whole grains and healthy drinks to supply your body with nutrients. Stay away from soda, chips and other kinds of junk food, which do not provide you with real nutrition.
