Zeolite contains Alumina. Could this potentially be harmful?

No. The aluminium content as we see it is very strongly bonded into the cage-like structure of the zeolite, and so is unavailable biologically. The aluminium content is believed to be bonded and non exchangeable . We are doing clinical trials on this very issue now.
