There is no difference. However, some longboard truck manufacturers use a larger axle, so different bearings have to be used. Most longboarders use Swiss bearings. I use Pig Swiss.

Abec rating doesn't mean a thing for skateboards. Bearings are bearings, as long as they're clean and lubed (and not made of plastic or anything like that), there will be no difference in speed from one bearing to another. I'd go for the Bones Reds.
