Lately I’ve been thinking about how gambling fits into everyday life, mostly because my cousin started playing more often after switching jobs. He says it helps him unwind, but his family worries it might get out of hand. I’m not against casinos in general, but it made me wonder where the line is between harmless fun and something that affects people around you. Do you think casinos can ever be seen as ethical, or is the whole idea just too tied to negative consequences?
