Should Tibetan protesters disrupt the Olympics?

They should disrupt political events, not sporting ones. They’re ruining a good tradition, and making the sport a complete farce, to further a cause that has nothing to do with the olympics. Not to mention the fact the majority of them don’t give two bananas about the situation in Tibet and just protest for protests sake. They’re the type of people who jump on any passing bandwagon, and would probably start protesting to oppress the Tibetans if someone started that next week. I have nothing against people that feel strongly about the case, but some of these people just hack me off.

The olympics are certainly used in a political way, so yes, I think it’s totally appropriate. When I think of the “DISRUPTION” to their lives, by the chinese, then it sounds the perfect arena.
