Attrition at OCS is typically around 30-35%. In other words, roughly one-third of the candidates that show up dont graduate. Included in those numbers however, are candidates that quit and those that got injured, in addition to those who failed out. So, as long as you dont give up and as long as you stay healthy, your chances of success at OCS are actually much better than 65%. On top of that, a big part of our job at the Officer Selection Station is to prepare you, both physically and mentally, for the challenges at OCS. Stick with our programs and you’ll give yourself the best shot at making it through.
