How Do You Make Easy, Yummy Peanut Butter Cookies?
My Granny was well-known for her baking. Having come in from school with these yummy treats waiting on me, I can tell you – that respect was well-warranted! Here’s the easiest (and yummiest) PB cookie recipe you will find! Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Lightly grease cookie sheet with Pam. (or, do as I do for easy clean up – use foil & grease the foil!) Combine all four ingredients (peanut butter, sugar, vanilla and egg) in mixing bowl. It will be come a crumbly dough. Spoon cookies onto cookie sheet, taking care to keep each cookie roughly the same size, and about 2 inches apart. With a fork, smash a criss-cross pattern into the cookie to help flatten it. (I don’t know – the criss cross pattern just makes it better!) Bake at 375 for about 8-10 minutes. You want to take them out right BEFORE they start browning much. Let cool, then enjoy with a tall glass of milk. (they will be more soft and gooey instead of hard and crunchy) Yummmmm….
