Why is the UltraEdit window not moving to background when switching to another application, for example with Alt+Tab?

Please go to the View menu and ensure that Always On Top is NOT enabled. If Always On Top is enabled the UltraEdit/UEStudio window will always appear in the foreground on top of other application windows, even on application focus change, instead of moving to background when switching to another application, for example with Alt+Tab.
