Yoga
I have been practicing hatha yoga since 2000 and teaching since 2008. The journey has opened me to new perspectives, and it has helped my body, my mind and my spirit to be more healthy. I strive to share this opportunity with others through teaching while letting each have their own unique experience. I am a RYT200 with 30 hrs of advanced teacher training.
